Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of UXArcade (the “Service”), operated by SplitFire Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What UXArcade is

UXArcade is an educational product that teaches UI/UX principles through small games. It is currently in open beta: features change, and every tier is free while we build.

3. Your account

• You can play as a guest, or sign in with email or Google to save progress.
• Provide accurate information and keep your access to your email/Google account secure.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us of any unauthorised use.
• One person per account; don’t impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, please don’t:

• Break the law, or infringe others’ rights.
• Disrupt, attack, probe, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the content or resell access, except as the law allows.

5. Your progress & content

The progress and profiles you generate are yours. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that data back to you so the Service works.

6. Beta & availability

Because we’re in beta, features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service; where reasonable we’ll give notice.

7. Payments

There are no paid plans today and we don’t collect any payment details. If we introduce paid tiers, we’ll set out the pricing and terms clearly and get your explicit agreement before charging anything — and anything you earned for free stays yours.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, games, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms don’t transfer those rights to you beyond using the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is educational and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It’s a learning aid, not professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end access that breaches these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves and will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local law where you live says otherwise.
