Plain-language version: we collect the little we need to run your account and save your progress, we don’t sell your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
UXArcade is a learning product by SplitFire Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the app at uxarcade.splitfirelabs.com. Questions: privacy@splitfirelabs.com.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We use a small set of trusted providers strictly to run the service:
We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. We use your browser’s local storage to remember guest progress, your theme, and your tier preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You’re in control of your data. From Settings, signed-in users can export all their data or delete their account at any time; deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems. You can also play as a guest without an account at all. To exercise any other rights, email privacy@splitfirelabs.com.
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except anything we must retain for legal or security reasons. Anonymised, aggregate analytics may be kept to understand product trends.
UXArcade isn’t directed at children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you’re under that age, please use it only with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
We protect data with encrypted connections, database access controls, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and to fix issues quickly.
We’ll update this policy as the product grows and will change the “last updated” date above. For material changes we’ll give clear notice in the app.
